This is a color change garnet from Bekiry in Madagascar.
It appears blue-green to the naked eye under natural light, and purplish-red under incandescent light or candlelight.
If you look at it with a 10x magnifying glass, you can see inclusions that look like bands made of a single bubble, but they are barely visible to the naked eye.
